Kenneth Cassell started the Cassell Family Real Estate business in 1958. Over the past 52 years has become the most respected family Real Estate and Construction Company in the area.
Ken oversees the operation of the Cassell Family business. Jan works with Ken in the planning, designing and decoration of the homes they build. Daughter, Candy Goff is a Realtor, works with new homes and existing home sales. Son, Steve is the Builder member of the family.
The Cassell Family has developed and constructed many commercial and industrial properties throughtout Lorain and Erie counties, and several residential communities in Vermilion over the past 40 years.
Steve Cassell is the Cassell family member responsible for all construction. He has developed the building division of Cassell Enterprises over the past 30 years into the premier building company in the Vermilion area. Cassell Construction is known for their quality construction and for the great value of their homes or condos.
Steve manages all of the field operations of the building division along with all of the trim work and landscaping. Steve said "The Cassell name goes on every home we build, and we want that home to be a reflection of the quality family company we are."
