Cassell Enterprises, Inc. is a full service Real Estate and Construction Company. Our clients through our Real Estate Company are first time buyers, repeat home buyers, sellers and experienced investors. We are also builders and developers with a wide range of experience to meet the requirements of any client.

Kenneth Cassell started the Cassell Family Real Estate business in 1958. Over the past 57 years, other family members have joined the business to make it the most respected family Real Estate and Construction Company in the area. Ken oversees the company's operations, while Jan works with him to plan, design, and decorate the homes they build. Their daughter, Candy Goff is a broker member in the Real Estate Company. She works with new homes and existing home sales. Son, Steve, manages the Construction Division of the company for new homes, home additions, and remodeling existing homes.

The Cassell Family has developed and constructed many commercial and industrial properties throughout Lorain and Erie counties, as well as several residential communities in Vermilion over the past 48 years. Since starting the business, Ken has added over $75 million tax base for the Vermilion Local School District. The family has additionally donated land to the Lorain County Metro Parks to establish a park named "Cassell Reservation". This park has grown in size to over 200 acres.

Candy Cassell Goff

Candy is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Cassell Enterprises, Inc. Candy is also a Marketing Specialist for residential and commercial listings. She proactively markets her listings to people on her Exclusive Buyers' List and to other real estate agents.

Because of this, Candy is able to work with you as a Buyer's Agent, a Seller's Agent, or a Cassell Builder Representative. This means that she can work with you throughout all stages of building, buying, and selling your home.

Steve Cassell

Builder

Steve Cassell is the family member responsible for all building and construction. He has developed the building division of Cassell Enterprises over the past 35 years into the premier building company of the Vermilion area. He is well known for his quality construction, and for the incredible value of the homes and condos he has built.

Steve manages all of the field operations of the building division along with all of the trim work and landscaping. Steve says, "The Cassell name goes on every home we build, and we want that home to be a reflection of the quality family company we are."

Ken & Jan Cassell

In addition to helping you find or build the home of your dreams, they are also very community oriented. They have been a part of Operation Christmas Joy for more than 48 years. Ken was chairmen for 23 years. Ken and Jan helped establish and chaired Vermilion's Relay for Life for the first 3 years. They believe in and continue to work with Relay for Life. Jan is also involved with Coats for Kids and the Salvation Army to provide a warm coat every winter for every child in the community. Ken has served as a school board member, chaired the Vermilion Community Development Council along with serving on other boards and commissions. They are also active members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Vermilion.
