This father and son team has worked together for over 40 years. Ken does most of the home/condo plan designs with input from Steve.
Steve manages ALL construction. He supervises the rough-in of the homes and all sub-trades. He does most of the finished work in the homes personally. He meets with the customers on site during construction to make sure the home is delivered to the customers satisfaction.
We build homes, not houses.
